Keep in mind, however, that FYI offers custom training, so if you don’t see the class you are looking for at a time that meets your needs, give us a call, or send an E-mail and we will make arrangements to accommodate you.

If you are ready to register now, we’ve included a helpful checklist of things to keep in mind, when registering for one of our classes.

• Fill out our online Request to Register form, or call FYI to confirm the class date. If you choose to use our online form, FYI will contact you to confirm the class date. Please keep in mind FYI requires a four-student minimum to confirm a class.
   
• Please confirm your seat(s) with VISA/MasterCard, company check, or purchase order. Until this has been done, your registration is not complete.
   
• Our training facilities are equipped with a video projector to aid instruction, and each student is provided with their own computer for hands-on learning. After class, students receive a certificate stating their completion of the course.
   
• One week prior to class, all students will receive a confirmation along with class times, location and directions to the training facility.
   
• Class begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m., with an hour break for lunch. Class times may be customized.
   
• When classes are held at our locations, light breakfast fare, coffee, and tea are provided in the morning. A variety of beverages are available throughout the day.
   
• Each student receives a training guide and FYI mouse pad to keep.
   
• After attending any FYI class, students are provided with telephone support for questions relating to the course topics.
