FYI-For Your Information, Inc., has been awarded a contract to provide human resources services to the United States Coast Guard. This blanket purchase agreement (BPA), which runs through 2016, will provide the Coast Guard with position classification support services to the Fifth District in Portsmouth, VA, and nationwide. The contract supports their Resources and Planning office and will include position description writing, editing, and auditing. This contract is part of a larger reorganization effort.

The Coast Guard will issue task orders under this contract throughout its 5-year term. Concurrent with the BPA award, the Coast Guard has initiated services in Norfolk and Washington, DC.

FYI has provided a wide range of services and products to the Coast Guard since 1987, with over 200 Coast Guard contracts awarded, to date. FYI has served the Coast Guard in each District and on site in most field units. FYI has worked in concert with the Coast Guard from Hawaii and Alaska to England and Puerto Rico. This HR BPA contract was procured through FYI's 738x schedule for HR services.
