As FYI continues to grow, the one thing that always remains constant is the unrivaled customer care upon which we've built our reputation. That is why we created a special section to provide our customers with an additional resource to learn and research product and classroom information.
The Online Support System is a new addition to FYI's Web site. It is a knowledge base of our products and for extra classroom support generated by our students, clients, and staff. We feel that this system is a quick resource to our customers to provide answers to the more frequently asked questions and would be an asset to those seeking help or just looking for new tips. This system continues to grow, so please check back often for changes. Please notify us of any questions or problems you encounter while using this system.

For over 16 years, FYI has been a leader in quality computer training. In 2001, FYI transitioned the Department of Labor’s (DOL), Office of Inspector General (OIG) from the WordPerfect suite to the Microsoft Office suite as their agency-wide standard. Within a 5-month period, the transition was a success! Personnel, in offices across the country, were fully trained and able to use the new applications with ease and confidence.
FYI personnel continue to provide unlimited, free telephone support for all
DOL/OIG students.
